There are many swim schools around the world that they have different classification for age groups however normally babies and toddlers lessons are classified as below

Babies 6month to 18 month 

Toddlers 18month to 32 month

Transition level for +32 month

Babies and Toddlers learn with conditioning and naturally love music and nice tones and colours.
